Enjoy the educational experience of a Ride-a-Test clinic from the comfort of your own home! Submit a video of yourself riding the new test, and a USEF "S" Dressage Judge will provide scores and feedback within a few days. You can submit as many tests or as many times as you wish for $50/ride! This is a great opportunity for riders to submit videos of their test performances and receive feedback and scores from a qualified judge, even if they are unable to attend a traditional in-person competition.
Judges will rotate every 3 months, giving riders the opportunity to receive feedback from a fresh set of eyes. At the end of each 3-month period, a Dressage Foundation embroidered cooler will be awarded at random from all entrants.

Please make sure your video is 'public' or 'unlisted' on YouTube. You will receive an email with your scores and comments after Joan reviews your video. If you don't have a full-sized arena, don't worry! Keep in mind that this is all for practice and education.

Joan Darnell is a USEF “S” Dressage judge and also Vice-Chair of the USDF "L" Faculty, a member of the USDF Freestyle and Judges Committees. Joan has been active in dressage since the early 1980’s having competed through the levels and completing her USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals. She has been the past President of the Idaho Dressage and Eventing Association and the Central Texas Dressage Society. She now resides in Olympia, Washington with her husband and their 3 horses, 4 dogs and cat. They enjoy traveling, and gardening in their spare time.
